Do we get physical delivery of coins when we buy from you?
Yes. When you buy coins from the website, you can specify at time of checkout whether you want the coins to mailed to a specific address, or whether you want to pick them physicall from a local outlet.

Do you offer Dinar and Dirham accounts without taking physical delivery?
Yes. We plan to offer these, but currently, these are not active. Right now, we only offer physical delivery of coins.

Do you deliver in all countries?
Yes. However, since our offices are only in Pakistan and USA, mailing charges in these two countries would be domestic rates. For other countries, international mailing charges would apply.

What forms of payments do you accept?
In USA, our Dinar and Dirham medallions are priced in US Dollars, and in Pakistan, prices are denominated in Rupees. In future, we also plan to exchange these medallions for equivalent weight of competing medallions, especially those of WIM and AOCS.

How can I sell these coins. Will local Jewellers accept them?
The best option for obtaining cash against these coins is to sell them back to Dinar Wakala. If our cash flows permit, we will always make a best faith effort to provide liquidity to our customers by buying these coins back from our customers at their full price, including the premium paid. For other cases, most jewellers will accept bullion in form of bars and rounds, and for their price of silver these medallions will be very easy sell to obtain cash. However, Bullion coin dealers will probably offer better rates for these coins, as they are in the business of selling similar products, and may buy them at a premium above the metal price.
